  • Video analysis in sleep apnoea and snoring, including localisation of obstructions in obstructive sleep apnoea and the cause of snoring noise
  • Frequency analysis in snoring to diagnose the cause
  • Developing new surgical procedures, such as Leica head-mounted microscope-assisted Coblation lingual tonsillectomy or hyoid pharyngoplasty
  • Microcirculation and atherosclerosis
  • Treatment options in Duchenne muscular dystrophy
  • Molecular biological causes of congenital deafness
