Balloon Catheter Procedure

Balloon sinuplasty is a procedure that is used e.g. to treat chronic sinusitis. In this procedure a high-pressure balloon is used to expand the narrow excretory ducts of the sinuses. This intervention can be carried out as an outpatient procedure in full narcosis. The patient can return to regular work immediately on the next day.
